The Brief
While exploring pixel fonts, I felt inspired to infuse some relaxed tones into them. The idea was to add a fluid flow, similar to that of water, to a traditional 8-bit font and see what happens!
Long Story Short
Pixel Juice imitates the construction of a pixel font but combined with rounded edges gains a more relaxed and moody form, a little like how juice flows out of a box.

At Srishti, I explored a number of letter-making methods, which kick-started my adoration for good type. I enjoy lettering and experimenting with types of forms from sketchbook studies to making type on Excel.
Refunity - Spark Design Festival Entry
The Brief
As designers, we have the ability to support others, drive change and influence for the greater good. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the United Nations Agency has reported that more than 5.5 million people have become refugees. During a crisis like this, women, children, marginalised communities, and the poor are those most affected.
For the Spark Design challenge we explored one question - How can IBMers help find ways to come together as a community, regardless of location, to support the people of Ukraine?
Long Story Short
Through our application, we are creating an organized space for the IBMers to help the refugees in terms of not just money, but by providing them food, shelter, tutoring etc on a person to person basis.

The Brief
This project was driven by a realisation we had half way through it - Do we ever take note of the impacts of our actions while making purchases?
We as a team could relate to the shopping patterns revolving around fast fashion. We questioned ourselves to understand the invisible impacts it has on the planet. We felt that some awareness around materials and means of shopping required constant reminders.
Long Story Short
Proe makes it easier for you to analyse your potential purchases by bringing forward the product journey. It tracks your carbon footprint as you shop. It also shares tips to increase the lifespan of the product and guide you on disposal habits.
